Project Management

Utilising our experience we can aid in the smooth running of landscape projects by developing a strategic plan along with works programme and then managing that plan to endure that it is adhered too.

Firstly we organise a preliminary on-site meeting with the landscape contractor to establish and agree project programme. Once the works commence on site we will monitor the works to ensure that they are being carried out to best possible practice and as per the specification. Our services often involve holding regular design team review meetings to review progress and coordination and costs in line with elemental programme and issue minutes.We can issue regular progress reports keeping the design team up to speed at all times.
